This is a quick peek into the lovely people on the end of the phones at HQ. We are more than just voices who ask for shop ID’s and ask you to make impossible deliveries 10 minutes before you close. Surprisingly it turns out that some of us actually have personalities. The over-worked and under-paid staff of the eFlorist contact centre are split into two teams, The Contact Support Team and the Customer Service Team. (more…)
